LCS was established in early 1995 as the specialist commercial due diligence, valuations and consulting arm of Laing & Buisson.
LCS acquired Laing & Buisson City Ltd. in November 2001.
Over the past eight/nine years, LCS has undertaken assignments for a wide range of professional clients, establishing a formidable reputation for the accuracy and comprehensive nature of the work.
In the past three-four years LCS have been involved in many of the larger transactions in the healthcare sector in the UK and overseas, including in the recent past, the sale of Care Principles, Four Seasons, Priory Hospitals, the Capio AB acquisition and the secondary buyout deals for Lifeways and Robinia.
