LCS International Consulting are leading research and buy-side analysts within health care and related sectors.

LCS is a multi-disciplinary team of four senior consultants plus research and support staff, drawn from the fields of professional valuation, chartered accountancy, health economics, corporate banking analysis and health care provider services.

This multi-disciplinary approach enables LCS to deliver incisive research and analysis of the entire breadth of the international health care economy.

The range of specialist advice provide to clients is particularly focussed on medical devices and health care services - primary care homes, clinical medical and psychiatric hospitals, dentistry, health information technology and specialist children’s services.

History

LCS was established in early 1995 as the specialist commercial due diligence, valuations and consulting arm of Laing & Buisson.

LCS acquired Laing & Buisson City Ltd. in November 2001.

Over the past eight/nine years, LCS has undertaken assignments for a wide range of professional clients, establishing a formidable reputation for the accuracy and comprehensive nature of the work.

In the past three-four years LCS have been involved in many of the larger transactions in the healthcare sector in the UK and overseas, including in the recent past, the sale of Care Principles, Four Seasons, Priory Hospitals, the Capio AB acquisition and the secondary buyout deals for Lifeways and Robinia.
