Ralph Riber joined Carema 2002 as Director of Operations Development and was appointed CEO for the group in June 2004.
Ralph holds a BSc in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Law. He has lived and worked for six years in Spain.
Ralph has a background in Management Consulting having worked for among others A T Kearney and SIAR.
Carema is a leading Nordic independent provider of publicly financed health community based health care and care services to over 500.000 people.
Carema's delivery is organised across six service lines: primary care, specialist clinics, community care, elderly care, care for disabled and staffing.
A key focus area for Carema is to improve quality for the individual and efficiency for the tax payer through improved integration health care and care when appropriate.
Carema has 5 500 employees (FTE) and revenue for 2006 will amount to 400 MEUR and is part of a Nordic group owned by 3i, co-investing funds and management.
